Shipping Information

Merchant orders will normally ship the next business day via UPS Ground, however this is not guaranteed. If you require expedited shipping (i.e., 1, 2 or 3 day delivery), please call our customer service department at (855)246-8433 extension 111 to confirm the shipping date. Credit for shipping charges will not be given based on your assumption of the shipping date. Your shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and before confirming your order. Most orders will arrive within seven to ten business days after placing your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt, for a prompt exchange or credit. Shipping fees will not be credited.
